The mission of the Idaho Professional Women's Express Network (IPWEN) is to bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations
and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership,
education, networking support and national recognition.
Founded in 1949, the American Business Women's Association
(ABWA) has dedicated more than half a century to women’s education and has provided workplace skills and career development
training for more than half a million members. ABWA also has awarded more than $14 million for women’s scholarships
through the Stephen Bufton Memorial Educational Fund.
ABWA is a 50,000-member strong
national organization providing professional development and networking opportunities for American businesswomen.
